The traditional cast steel and hot rolled pulleys used in port lifting equipment are prone to generating rope groove indentations after long term use. These indentations seriously damage the wire ropes. Moreover, such pulleys are heavy, have a high moment of inertia, and exhibit poor durability and operational efficiency. Therefore, our company has developed the WQHL series of lightweight heavy - duty welded pulleys, which avoid problems like easy indentation, wire rope wear, large weight, and short lifespan that are associated with traditional pulleys.
